Appointments, Changes, and Cancellations

You can easily schedule an appointment by calling us at 949.363.9595 during normal business hours.

We have a great deal of respect for our patients. We value their time as well as their trust and loyalty. We therefore work strictly by appointment and make a concerted effort to stay on time. Rarely do patients wait more than a few minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time.

This also means, however, that when you have a scheduled appointment time, we have reserved that time slot just for you. We're counting on you being here, on time. We will give you a courtesy call a day or two ahead of time as a reminder. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice.

Those who fail to keep a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of twenty-five dollars.
